Two Ducks

Two Ducks is a beautiful boat in lovely condition. She was fitted out by SJ Boats on a Tyler Wilson hull and completed in Sep 2021.

She is a 60’ reverse layout semi trad and well equipped for liveaboard.

She is fitted out in oak faced ply (some painted) and the floor is Karndean with insulation underneath. All the windows are Thermal break double glazed.

The engine, a Barrus Shire 40hp woth Hospital Silencer, is under the rear deck. It only has 803 hours on the clock. The rear deck has seats with padded cushions / storage lockers either side. Navigation is aided by a bowthruster.

Steps lead down into the 11’ long galley. The utilities comprise of a 230v fridge with icebox, a four burner gas hob, oven & grill, a microwave oven, a washing machine & even a dishwasher. There is plenty of storage and the worktops are solid oak.

The dinette (with sidehatch) is next. This converts into a spare double berth and has storage under.  

The saloon is 9’6” long and has a two seater reclining sofa (could serve as sleepng for two), a 32” Smart TV, and a Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove.

Next is the walk through bathroom. The loo is a Thetford cassette & is ceramic. The basin is ceramic and the shower is a glass door quadrant shower with light and extractor over.

The bedroom is in the forward cabin. There are two single beds with storage under. There are drawers and a wardrobe at the foot of the bed.

Steps lead up to the well deck under which sits the 500 litre stainless steel water tank.

She is centrally heated by a Webasto, and the water is heated by the Webasto, the engine or an immersion heater.

Domestic 12v is from the bank of x4 125ah batteries (new 2024), and there are further starter & bowthruster batteries. 230v is from the 3kva Victron inverter or the landline. All the lights are LED. She also has 500w of solar power.
