62' Semi Trad 2014 Aqualine
Chase the Bubble is a lovely boat. She is a 62’ Semi Trad built by Aqualine in 2014. She has been well prepared for sale; she had a survey in May 2025, she was blacked (with 6 new anodes) and the engine was serviced in June 2025. The paintwork is in good condition and all in all she is very presentable both inside and out.
The semi trad deck is covered by a pramhood, and the engine, a Barrus Shire 45hp (with only 555 hours on the clock) sits under. There are lockers either side which also serve as seats (with made to measure cushions).
Steps lead into the 13’ bedroom. This is a large room with a fixed double bed which measures 6’2”x3’10”, but it also extends full width to make 6’2”x6’2”. There is storeage under and lots of cupboards over. There is a floor to ceiling wardrobe either side of the bed, and at the foot of the bed are further cupboards, one of which houses the washing machine. On the starboard side is a little room which houses a second loo (cassette) and a washbasin. There is also a TV/DVD on the wall at the end of the bed.
The walk through bathroom is classic Aqualine with a frosted glass shower cubicle, a pumpout macerator loo, a ceramic washbasin and a heated towel rail. There is a linen cupboard in betwenn the shower and the cabin sides.
The galley is next and is a good size at 11’ long. The worktops are granite, and the utilities comprise of a 230v fridge (with icebox), a stainless steel sink, a Belling 4 burner gas hob, oven & grill, and a microwave. There is plenty of storage and a side hatch on the port side adds light and air.
Forward of the galley is the L shaped dinette. This has storage under and converts to a spare double. There is a demountable table for dining, and even a fold down bench seat opposite the dinette for additional guests to dine.
The saloon is the forward area. Currently there is one armchair, but there is room for two or a small sofabed. There is a solid fuel stove (used to be a diesel stove, and all the pipework is still in place), a wall mounted TV with Travel Sat opposite the dinette and cupboards and shelves for storage.
Steps lead up to the well deck. This is covered by a cratch cover, and the stainless steel water tank is underneath. Seats / lockers wrap around the well deck. The two gas bottles are in the bow locker.
She is centrally heated by Finrads heated by a Webasto diesel fired boiler and hot water is heated by the Webasto, the engine or an immersion heater. 12v is from two 220ah batteries, and 230v is from either landline hook up or the 3kva inverter/charger. All the lights are LED and there is galvanic isolator on board.
She is a lovely boat, ready for immediate occupation.
