Victor III

Victor III is a lovely boat, superbly presented. She was built in 2006 by Liverpool Boats and is a 58’ cruiser stern. She has been so well looked after; she was last blacked in April 2024 (and has 14 anodes on her!), she was repainted in 2024 and she had a hull survey in June 2023 (available in the office for viewing). All the windows and mushroom caps were removed and resealed in 2024. 

The gas bottles are in the bow locker. The well deck is protected by a cratch cover (cover and board new in 2023/24) and the 454 litre stainless steel water tank is underneath.

Glazed front doors lead into the saloon. She is fitted out in oak faced ply and feels really cosy. The saloon is open plan and 16’ long. There is a sofabed, a Squirrel solid fuel stove, and a 22” TV with cupboard under. There is plenty of room in here to add a dining table and chairs.

The galley is spacious at 8’8” long and utilities comprise of a microwave, a four burner gas hob (new 2024), oven and grill, a 12v Shoreline fridge / freezer (new 2024), a separate 12v freezer, a Bush 7kg washing machine (new 2024) and a sink with drainer. A large side hatch adds light and air.

Passing a floor to ceiling cupboard/wardrobe in the corridor, the bathroom is next. This is off corridor and has a Thetford cassette loo (new 2024) with spare cassette, a ceramic basin with cupboard under and a curtained shower cubicle. There is also a heated towel rail in here. 

The 11’ bedroom is in the aft cabin. The fixed double measures 6’2” x3’10” and has the hot water tank and storage under. There is a chest of drawers at the foot of the bed and a wardrobe on the starboard side of the steps with a storage cupboard on the port side. The steps lead up to the large cruiser stern.

The engine is an Isuzu 42, last serviced in March 2025 (spare belts & filters on board). A taff rail goes around the stern for sitting on whilst cruising.

12v power is from the bank of 4x 150ah Trojan batteries and 230v is from landline hook up. All the lights are LED and there are 400w of solar power (new 2024). She also has a galvanic isolator.

She is centrally heated by a Webasto diesel fired boiler (new 2024) to 3 rads (all recently flushed through) & a towel rail, and hot water is heated by the engine, the Webasto or an immersion heater with 7 day timer.

She is in lovely condition, ready for immediate occupation.
