Venice
£74,950
Venice is a lovely and well looked after 62’ trad built by Norton Canes in 2004 and fitted out beautifully by Ian Walker. She has been well prepared for sale including a recent hull survey and blacking (both August 2026). The paintwork is in very good condition and she is in lovely condition both inside and out.
The bow locker houses 3x 13kg gas bottles and the cratch cover is brand new (less than a week old). The well deck has lockers / bench seats either side (with padded cushions) and there is a storage locker in the forward end. The water tank is under and is stainless steel (with tank gauge under the well deck)
Steps lead through the glazed forward steel doors into the saloon. This houses two super comfy armchairs (with footstools), a 26” TV with DVD & CD players. It’s a really cosy room.
The four seater dinette converts into a spare double berth and has storage under. This backs onto the galley. The galley has a four burner gas hob, an eye level oven & grill, a microwave oven, a 12v fridge (with icebox), a sink and plenty of storage. A houdini hatch in the roof adds light and air. At both ends of the galley there are side hatches with roof hatches and access steps. There is an acrylic insert screen for one of the side hatches to keep the elements out.
The walk through bathroom is next. The has a ceramic macerator pump out loo (less than a year old), a tiled quadrant shower, a ceramic wash basin and there is space, power & plumbing for a washing machine. There are also some linen shelves in between the shower & the cabin sides.
The good sized bedroom follows. The fixed double measures 6’7”x4’ (extends to 4’6”) and has storage under. There are cupboards over the head end and at the foot of the bed are two large storage cupboards (one is a half wardrobe).
The stern cabin houses the engine. It is a Beta 43 and was last service in the summer of 2025 but has been used little since. Propulsion is assisted by the Nobels Hydraulic bowthruster.
Steps lead up to the stern deck.
For 230v there is landline hook up, a Victron 2.5kva inverter / charger, and a 3.5kw Travel Power generator.
12v power is from the bank of 4 domestic batteries. All the lights are LED.
She is centrally heated by an Eberspacher diesel fired boiler and the hot water is heated by the engine or the Eberspacher.
Venice is a lovely boat with nothing to do to her but turn the key and go.
