Mischief

Mischief is a stunning floating home. She is a 70’x12’ reverse layout widebeam built by Collingwood in 2017.  She was their showboat at Crick and their display boat until she was launched & bought by her current owners in 2023 and she is in first class condition both inside and out and very highly specced.

When she was bought in 2023 she had a full survey, she was Epoxy 2 packed and equipped with a full set of new batteries. The diesel tank was also cleaned. 

She is well set up for luxurious living. The 8’ cruiser stern is a glorious social space. Covered by a pram hood (windows new 2026), there is comfortable seating around the stern with mood lighting above and below. There are also speakers in the rear deck for the on board cd/radio player. The engine, a Canaline 70hp, sits in a squeaky clean engine bay below. The calorifier is in here along with the bank of 600ah domestic batteries (all new 2023). Navigation is assisted by not only a bow thruster, but a STERN thruster!! Both Vetus 95kgf.

Steps lead into the generously sized galley. All the utilities are high end – SMEG – and comprise of a 4 burner linear gas hob, an eye level oven & grill, a combi microwave, oven & grill, a 230v larder fridge and a separate freezer. There is also a slimline dishwasher and a ‘beans to cup’ coffee machine. All the worktops are granite, and there is an island in the middle of the galley with a wine fridge and cupboards under. There are four bar stools for dining. The storage in the rest of the galley is also very generous. A side hatch on the port side adds light and air. 

The saloon is very spacious at nearly 14’. This has a large L shaped four seater sofa which sits opposite a wall mounted 42” Smart TV with free sat and sound bar. At the end of the saloon is a beautiful hearth with a Bubble diesel stove surrounded by a stunning mantle piece.

A corridor (with wardrobe) leads to the spare double bedroom. The bed measures 6’3”x4’ and there is a desk in here along with a double wardrobe and cupboards / shelves above the desk and bed. 

The bathroom is next. Super luxurious boasting a large shower cubicle, a pumpout loo with 500 litre holding tank, a Whirlpool full sized bath and a ceramic washbasin. There is also a good sized linen cupboard and underfloor heating in here!

The master bedroom is in the forward cabin. The bed is a king sized at 6’6”x5’ and has the 825 litre stainless steel water tank underneath. There another 42” Smart TV with Freesat and DVD at the foot of the bed, and a shelf either side of the bed. There is an electric glass heater in here also. 

At the aft end of the bedroom on the starboard side, a door leads into the hidden gem of the boat. A walk in wardrobe / utility room. This houses the washer / dryer and has copious storage and hanging space. Its a real storage glory hole!

She is centrally heated by a Webasto hot air blown system. The water is heated by the engine or the immersion heater (with timer). 12v is from the 600ah domestic batteries, and 230v from landline or the 3kva Victron inverter / charger. All the lighting is LED, including under gunwale mood lighting thoughout the boat. She also has a galvanic isolator.

All the windows are double glazed. She is an amazing floating home, ready for immediate occupation.
