Eezeeduzit

Eezeeduzit is a charming 70’ semi trad narrowboat built in 2005 by the well regarded G & J reeves and fitted out by Reading Marine. She is perfectly suited for live-a-boards and for extended cruising.

The 6’0” well deck features a low level locker near the bows, with plenty of additional space for the table and chairs if you choose to keep them. The space has excellent head room even with the covers down. The bow locker is part of the whopping 1280L water tank.

Stepping down into the 13’10” saloon, with a very large sofa that could be used as a spare single bed. There is a 32” Samsung TV and a Morso Squirrel stove for the colder times.

The pullman dinette (6’3”) is next with storage under including space for a pull out freezer. The dinette also converts to a spare double bed. 

Next is the 9’2” galley, with laminate worktops with oak trim, black composite sink, 12v Shoreline fridge with icebox, Country Leisure oven, grill & Thetford 2 burner gas hob, and plenty of cupboards for storage. There is lots of light thanks to the side hatch too!

A  9’2” bedroom follows, with 2 decent sized wardrobes either side of a cross bed that measure 6’1”  x 5’0” with 2 large drawers under. Opposite to the bed is a bench with storage under.

The 5’7” walkthrough bathroom is next, with a quadrant  shower with glazed door. The toilet is a Tecma pump out with a 340L holding tank in a separate cubicle allowing access through the boat when facilities are in use. The sink is ceramic over a cupboard.

A 6’7” aft cabin follows, with a large work desk with drawers under that would suit working from home.  The electronics sit in the cupboards to the side housing the Victron Multiplus inverter charger. A Samsung washing machine sits on the star board side with more cupboards.

We then head up the aft steps onto the 4’4” semi trad deck with a near brand new Beta 43 with only 25 hours on the clock!

She is centrally heated by a Webasto deisel fired boiler connected to 1 radiator, fin rads and 2 towel rails. Hot water is supplied by the engine, Webasto, or immersion.

12v power is supplied by 4x 140ah domestic batteries, with a separate starter, and bowthruster supply (although the bowthruster doesn’t currently work!). 240v power is supplied by the Victron inverter/charger or landline hookup. There is also 1.3kw of solar with a MPPT solar charge controller.

Lighting on board is LED throughout.

Shes a lovely boat, ideal of extended cruising or liveboard life.
