Nuthatch

Nuthatch is a really sweet 34’ cruiser stern narrowboat built in 2007 by Eastern Caravans and Narrowboats LTD. She has only had 2 owners, and has been maintained by the same marina since launch, which shows in how well she has been presented for sale.

She was blacked and surveyed in June 2023, followed by a full repaint, and then further touch ups in July 2025.

The well deck is compact at 2’0” in order to maximise on internal space. Theres a small locker either side, and access to the integral water tank in the bow (repainted 2025).

Steps lead down into the 7’0” saloon, with a Willow solid fuel stove, bench seats either side which converts to a spare double, and a cupboard for storage.

Next is the 4’3” galley, with laminate worktops, stainless steel sink, Vanette 4 burner gas hob, Vanette oven and grill, 12v Shoreline fridge with an icebox, and a couple of cupboards and shelves for storage.

The 3’0” bathroom is next, with a square shower (curtain across) and a Thetford cassette loo with a spare cassette. The bi-folding doors cleverly make use of this limited space.

Following, the bedroom is 6’3” with a fixed 6’2” x 3’11” double berth, storage under, and a shelf and wardrobe over.

Steps lead out onto the 7’5” cruiser stern deck, with a wrap around taff rail, gas locker, and the Beta 35hp engine housed below. This is an immaculate engine bay, and the stern gland was repacked July 2025 too!

12v power is supplied by 2x 130ah domestics with a separate starter, and 240v power is via the landline only. There is a Waeco Perfect Charge battery charger and galvanic isolator installed as well, to ensure safe charging on the batteries.

Lighting on board is LED throughout.

Hot water is via the engine or immersion when on landline.

She is fully equipped with all the relevant navigation equipment, and is ready to turn the key and go!
