Bunnies Warren

Bunnies Warren is a beautiful 58’6” semi trad built in 2011 by Braidbar on a Tyler Wilson shell – both highly regarded boat builders. She is in lovely condition both inside and out.

She was zinc plated in 2013, and last blacked in 2020 with Epoxy 2 pack. She had a full survey in July 2024 (available in the office for viewing).

She is reverse layout. The semi trad cockpit is covered by a pramhood which is in very good condition. There are seats either side, and the engine, a Beta 43 with hospital silencer, is under the deck. There is a bike rack on board which can be fitted to the rear deck. Propulsion is aided by the bowthruster.

Steps lead into the galley. This is a good size at  nearly 11’ and utilities comprise of a 4 burner gas hob, oven & grill, a microwave, a 12v fridge  with icebox, a stainless steel sink and a washing / drying machine. There is plenty of storage and the work tops are granite. A side hatch on the port side adds light and air.

The saloon is really cosy. There is a breakfast bar (cupboard underneath) at the galley end, and there is a large 3 seater sofabed. Opposite the sofa is a 32” JVC Smart TV on the shelf with cupboards either side, and there is a radio/cd in the cupboard next to the Morso diesel stove. 

The walk through bathroom is next. The loo is a pump out, the wash basin is ceramic and there is a vinyl lined quadrant shower cubicle with light and extractor fan over. There are two towel rails in here and a couple of cupboards between the shower and the cabin sides.

The bedroom is in the forward cabin. The fixed double measures 6’6”x4’ and extends to 5’ wide.  There is plenty of storage at the foot and the end of the bed. Under the bed is an emergency (unused) Thetford cassette loo. 

Steps lead up into the cratch covered well deck with a comfy bench seat across the boat.

She is centrally heated by a diesel fired Webasto boiler. The 765 litre water tank is stainless steel, and the hot water is heated by the engine, the Webasto or an immersion heater.

230v is from landline or the 3kw Victron inverter, and 12v is from the bank of 4 120ah domestic batteries. There are 500w of solar, and all the lights, including under gunwale mood lights, are LED. She is fitted with a Galvanic Isolator. All the windows are double glazed. She is a lovely boat, ready to go.
