Iolanthe II

Iolanthe II is a stunning 62’ cruiser stern narrowboat, built and fitted out in 2012 to a very high standard by Midland Canal Centre.      She is in excellent condition and has been much loved by her current owners.

She has solid oak flooring throughout and is fitted out with Oak T&G to the ceiling and a combination of light oak and white plywood to the cabin and hull sides creating a lovely light modern feel.

The spacious well deck (cratch cover over) leads into the saloon with the impressive Lily King multi-fuel stove, a 29” TV, plenty of shelving and room for a sofa or a couple of captains chairs.

Next comes the incredibly well fitted out galley containing a full sized Belling oven and grill, a separate 3 burner gas hob and a Baumatic combi microwave/oven. There is also an LEC 240v fridge/freezer and plenty of cupboard space.

The ever popular pullman style dinette follows which converts to provide an additional double berth and has useful storage space underneath.

The bathroom is a walk through style and contains a very spacious shower compartment with sliding doors, the Dometic  cassette loo and a good size ceramic basin over a vanity unit.

The large 13 foot bedroom is at the stern, the mattress on the fixed double is brand new and there is loads of storage here too plus the Candy washing machine.

Steps lead up to the 8 foot cruiser stern with the Barrus Shire 45 engine easily accessed underneath.  230v is from either the landline or the 3Kw Victron inverter.

Heating is from the Webasto diesel  central heating system or the multi-fuel stove and hot water is from the engine, the Webasto or the immersion (when on landline).

Iolanthe II is good to go and will make someone a wonderful floating home or holiday boat.
