Serenity – 60′ Semi Trad Reverse Layout 2007 Colecraft
Serenity is a superbly presented 60’ reverse layout semi trad built by Colecraft in 2007. She is in superb condition both inside and out.
The stern is covered by an easily collaspible pramhood (with motion sensor light in). The engine, a Beta 43 serviced in May 2022, sits under the deckboards along with the bank of 8 domestic batteries & 1 starter. The engine bay was sound proofed & painted in July 2022. There are storage lockers / seats either side.
Steps lead down into the galley. The boat is fitted out in Pine T&G to the ceiling & hull sides, with ash faced ply to the cabin sides. The floor is solid wood.
The work tops in the galley are granite and utilities comrise of a Belfast sink, a 12v fridge with separate freezer, a 4 burner gas hob, oven & grill and plenty of work surface & storage.
The Pullman dinette follows and sits opposite the side hatch. The table is a beautiful inlaid glossy oak, and there is storage under the bench seats. This converts to a spare double. The foam and fabric to match the sofa were new this year.
The saloon is really cosy. The sofabed is new this year (storage under) and sits opposite a beautiful Startford stove & oven. A real feature of the boat. There are a couple of footstools, and a 32” wall mounted TV with Roku stick for Freeview and apps.
The walk though bathroom has frosted glass oak doors each end made from reclaimed timber from the QEII ocean liner. The loo is a Thetford cassette, the basin is ceramic and the washing machine is in the cabinet under the basin.
The shower cubicle is tiled with a glass door.
The bedroom is in the forward cabin. The bed is 6’4”x4’ and has storage under. There is a large wardrobe at the foot end, a wall mounted TV/DVD with Roku, and a tall boy chest of drawers by the steps which lead out into the well deck. This has an illuminated cratch cover, a fold down table and the stainless steel watertank is underneath.
She was last blacked in Feb 2022. She is centrally heated by a diesel fired Webasto system (recently serviced) and the hot water is heated by the engine, the Webasto or an immersion heater.
230v is from either landline or the 3kw inverter, and there is also a 3.5kva Travel Power generator on board. The batteries are topped up with 990w of solar (new 2022). All the lighting is LED and she has a galvanic isolator. She also has security lighting outside as well as CCTV with night vision and a WIFI booster.
A lot of boat, ready for immediate occupation.
