Serenity – 58′ Reverse layout cruiser 2009 G&J Reeves
Serenity is a charming 58’ reverse layout cruiser built and fitted out in 2009 by Aqualine. She has only had 2 owners, and has been well cared for, benefitting from a blacking in September 2021 at the same time as a full survey (available for viewing in the office).
She is fitted out as an Aqualine Regatta, with a mix of painting ply and oak faced ply with oak trim, and a mix of vinyl and carpet to the floors.
Steps from the large 8’0” cruiser stern deck lead down into the 10’6” galley. A stainless steel sink, 230v Candy fridge with icebox, Stoves oven, grill & 4 burner gas hob, and plenty of storage space make up this ample sized galley.
Next is the 6’5” dinette, which converts to a spare double when needed, with storage under. A port side hatch provides additional light and fresh air.
The 9’8” saloon houses a sofa bed providing another spare double, and a large cupboard with a tv aerial point.
The bathroom is 5’3”, with a ceramic basin over vanity unit, new Compoost composting loo, and tiled corner shower unit. A set of shelves provide plenty of storage space.
Following this, the bedroom is at the forward end of the boat, and is large at 9’0”. The 6’0” x 3’10” double berth has plenty of storage under, a cupboard over, and wardrobe at the end (with twin tub inside). A corner book case opposite the wardrobe is a nice touch.
A step leads out onto the well deck (4’6”) with views across the 5’0” bows.
The Isuzu 35 engine is housed below the stern deck, which was recently serviced (47 cruising hours ago).
The 4x 110ah domestics and separate starter are housed alongside the engine, topped up by 440f solar with a Victron solar charge controller. 230v power is supplied by a Sterling Pro Combi 2.1kw inverter/charger, or landline.
The lighting on board are all LED, except for the bedroom reading lights.
She is centrally heated by a Webasto Thermo Top C diesel fired system, connected to fin rads along the boat, and a heated towel rail in the bathroom.
She comes fitted with everything you need for liveaboard life, and will make her new owners a lovely home, or home-away-from-home when cruising.
