Reality – 55′ Semi Trad 2003 G&J Reeves / Stowe Hill Marine
Reality is a stunning 55’ six berth G&J Reeves / Stowe Hill semi trad built in 2003. She has only had two owners since new and has spent most of her days where she was built, here at Stowe Hill. She has been well loved and cared for.
The cratch covered well deck leads into the saloon. She is beautifully fitted out in ash and all the fixtures and fittings are custom built. The saloon has a large L shaped sofa which has storage under and converts into a spare double berth. There is a 28” TV and plenty of shelves along with a couple of cupboards.
The Pullman style dinette follows. This also has storage under and turns into a further double berth. A side hatch opposite adds light and air.
The galley is 7’4” long and utilities comprise of a four burner gas hob, oven & grill, a microwave oven, a 12v fridge, a separate freezer, a sink and plenty of storage. There is power and plumbing for a washing machine where the freezer is – the current owner took the washing machine out and replaced it with the freezer.
The walk through bathroom is next. There is a macerator pump out loo, a ceramic basin, a tiled shower cubicle with galss door and some linen shelves. There is also an extractor fan in the ceiling.
The aft cabin is the bedroom. There is a fixed double bed with reading lights and a cupboard over the head end, and a wardrobe with shelves at the foot of the bed.
She had a full survey in 2017, and was last blacked in 2021. She is centrally heated by an Eberspacher (to Finrads), and this also, along with the engine, heats the water. .12v is from the bank of four domestic batteries, and 230v from the 2.5kw inverter, the 3.5kw Travel Power generator, or the landline. All the lights are LED.
She is in very good condition and ready to go.
