Razzle Dazzle is a 57’ go-anywhere length traditional style narrowboat built in 2004 by Severn Valley Narrowboats. She is fitted out in oak faced ply and oak trim throughout, with a mix of carpet and wood effect vinyl flooring.
She is excellently presented in all her shining glory, benefitting from a full polish in 2021, paintwork touched up in 2022, and she was last blacked in 2020.
The cratch cover was renovated and serviced in 20/21, and covers the 4’0” well deck. With seats and lockers either side, and a folding table in between, this space is ideal for entertaining guests.
Glazed forward doors lead into the 12’0” saloon, with a matching 2 seater sofa, arm chair and footstool set. The Bubble stove is currently set up to take solid fuel, and there is a range of cupboards and shelves for storage.
The 7’3” galley follows, with a Country Leisure oven & grill, Spinflo 4 burner gas hob, Coolmatic 12v fridge with icebox, microwave, stainless steel sink and heaps of storage options.
Next is the 6’3” dinette, which converts to a spare double when needed. Easily accessed under the seat is a separate freezer, as well as more storage space.
The bathroom corridor houses a Zanussi washing machine and some shelves. The bathroom (6’10”) features a Thetford cassette loo, plastic basin, heated towel rail and rectangular shower tray.
In the 9’8” long bedroom is a fixed 6’2” x 4’0” double berth raised up to increase storage below. A double wardrobe sits at the aft end, with cupboards above the head end of the bed.
Steps lead into the engine room, housing the Barrus Shire 45 engine (serviced April 2022), and a series of little storage boxes and drawers.
12v power is supplied by the bank of 105ah domestics, with separate 95ah starter, and 240v is from the Sterling Power 1.8kw inverter/charger or the Electrolux 3.5kw travelpower generator.
She is centrally heated by an Eberspacher diesel system connected to 3 radiators and a towel rail, and hot water is from the engine, Eberspacher or immersion.
The lighting is low energy LED throughout.
Razzle Dazzle, as the name suggests, is super shiny and ready for immediate occupation.
