Pub Trawler II – 69′ Cruiser Stern 2011 Pro-Build Narrowboats/Black Prince
Pub Trawler II is a charming 69’ cruiser stern narrowboat built in 2011 by Pro-Build Narrowboats. She was originally fitted out by Black Prince Holidays, and has been refitted by her owners for more modern and comfortable living.
She was last blacked in July 2022, and the engine was serviced in April 2023.
The 4’4” well deck features a starboard side locker and port side bench with storage under.
Steps lead down, through glazed forward doors, into the massive 20’0” saloon! There is a large sofa bed, which converts to a spare double with storage under, a Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove, a small cupboard and some shelves. There is plenty of room for additional freestanding furniture, arm chairs and even a table!
The galley follows (9’2”) with oak block worktops, composite sink, Belling gas oven & grill, Thetford 3 burner gas hob, and plenty of cupboards and drawers for storage.
Next is the bedroom, comfortable at 10’2”, with a fixed 6’4” x 4’0” double berth, with drawers under and a large wardrobe at the galley end.
The 6’0” off-corridor bathroom follows, with a square shower enclosure with bi-folding doors, ceramic wash basin over a vanity cupboard, and a Tecma pumpout loo. An additional cupboard sits in the corridor.
The stern cabin (9’2”) would have originally housed two single berths, and has been converted into a useful utility room, complete with an 8kg Beko washing machine, and heaps more storage. This could easily be turned back into a single bunk room if required.
Steps lead out onto the 7’10” cruiser stern deck, with the Canaline 42 engine housed below (in a very clean engine bay).
She is centrally heated by an Eberspacher diesel fired boiler connected to 5 radiators, and hot water is via the Eberspacher or engine.
12v power is via 4x 120ah lead acid domestics, separate 100ah lithium domestic, and separate starter.
240v power is via a Victron 3kw inverter/charger or landline.
Lighting onboard is LED throughout.
She is ready for immediate occupation, and will make somebody a lovely holiday or liveaboard home.
