Jophina II is a lovely example of a well loved Semi Trad narrowboat. She was built in 2005 by Liverpool Boats, is 58’ long and has been in the hands of the current owners since 2006. She was last blacked (and new anodes) in September 2022 and she benefits from a full repaint in June 2020.
The gas bottles are in the bow locker and the stainless steel water tank is under the well deck. Steps lead into the saloon. This has two comfy armchairs, a solid fuel stove (new 2019), a 16” TV/DVD, a CD/radio and storage cupboards. There is room in here for a sofabed if desired.
Next is the dinette area. This comfortably seats four and converts to a spare double berth. There is storage underneath along with a 12v pull out freezer.
The galley is the typical Liverpool arrangement and utilities comprise of a four burner gas hob, oven & grill, a stainless steel sink (with drainer) and a 12v fridge with icebox (new 2019). There is plenty of storage in the various cupboards & drawers.
A corridor leads to the bathroom. The loo is a Thetford cassette (3 cassettes), the wash basin is plastic counter sunk, and the shower cubicle is tiled with a curtain. There is also a heated towel rail in here.
The bedroom is in the aft cabin. The fixed double measures 6’4”x4’ and has storage under. At the foot of the bed are various storage cupboards, and the washing machine is under the rear steps which lead up to the semi trad cockpit.
The engine is an Isuzu 42, and in the engine room are housed the six domestic batteries for 12v supply (with battery monitor). 230v is from the Mastervolt 2kw inverter or landline, and she has a galvanic isolator.
The rear deck has a tonneau cover to protect from the elements.
She is centrally heated by a Webasto diesel fired boiler, and this heats the hot water along with the engine or an immersion heater.
All the lights are LED (apart from two in the bedroom).
She is a lovely, well cared for boat, ready for immediate occupation.
