Iets Groter – 40′ Trad 2002 Stowe Hill Marine
Iets Groter is a really charming little boat. She is a 40’ Trad built here at Stowe Hill in 2002 by Stowe Hill Marine and has been in the hands of the same owner since new. She has a full repaint in 2014 and was last blacked in November 2021
The well deck has a cratch cover over (with clear and black out panels), and the 630 litre water tank is underneath. There are seats / lockers either side with a table in between that drops down.
Steps lead into the super cosy saloon. This has a Bubble diesel stove, a couple of cupboards, lots of shelving and a couple of very comfy armchairs with a fold down table in between for dining, playing cards etc. There is a TV/DVD opposite the chairs, a car stereo and a pigeon box in the roof.
The galley is next. Utilities comprise of a 12v fridge with icebox, a four burner gas hob, oven & grill, a sink and plenty of storage. A side hatch over the sink adds light and air and there is also a chilling store in the floor.
The bathroom makes very clever use of space. The vacuflush loo sits in its own private cubicle, there is a good sized shower cubicle with a ceramic basin opposite, and there is a floor to ceiling shelving cupboard.
The bedroom has a crossbed with a side hatch at the foot end. There are cupboards over and a floor to ceiling shelving cupboard at the side. There are lockers either side as well.
The engine room is last. The engine is a Beta 38 and has been regularly serviced.
On board 230v is from the Victron 1600w inverter or landline hook up, and 12v is from the bank of 3x 135ah domestic batteries. There are 200w of solar and all the lights are LED
She is centrally heated by an Eberspacher diesel boiler and the hot water is heated by either the engine, the Eberspacher or an immersion heater (when on landline).
She is a really sweet, well looked after boat, ready for immediate occupation.
