Boat name: Hidden Pearl
Boat type: Cruiser stern
Hidden Pearl – 58ft Cruiser stern 2008, and forgive the pun, is a real gem.
Built by Price Fallows and fitted out by Suffolk Narrowboats, she was launched in May 2008. She has had the same owners from new; they originally had her as a holiday boat and have been living on board for the last five years, so she is tried and tested from that point of view; and they have really looked after her.
The gas locker is in the bows, and the well deck, with a very good condition glazed cratch cover, has bench seats and storage around.
She is fitted out in oak with solid oak floors. The saloon is open plan and 11’ long. The TV station is on the left on entry, and the solid fuel stove on the right. There is room in here for two armchairs or a sofabed if required.
At the end of the saloon is the pullman style dinette; this has storage under along with a wine rack unnder one bench and a bookcase under the other. This also converts into an additional double berth.
The horseshoe style galley follows; this houses the 12v fridge, 4 burner gas hob, oven & grill and the washing machine. Plenty of storage space.
The corridor on the port side leads to the bathroom accessed through a sliding door. This is a good sized room with a Thetford cassette loo, heated towel rail, shower cubicle, shelves and a ceramic sink over cupboard.
The bedroom is at the stern. At nearly 12’ long, this has the fixed double bed with storage under, a double wardrobe and cupboard at the head of the bed, and storage cupboards and a locker at the foot.
On board central heating is from the Eberspacher diesel fired system, propulsion is from the Isuzu 42, the 1600w inverter provides on board 230v and the solar panels keep everything topped up.
Hidden Pearl – 58ft Cruiser stern 2008 has nothing to do but start the engine & go…..
