Hannah – 39′ Cruiser 2012 JD Narrowboats
Hannah is an absolute gem. She is a 39’ cruiser stern, built in 2012 by JD narrowboats. Having had only two owners since new she is in immaculate condition both inside and out. She is very comfortably equipped for a boat of this size.
The stern deck is a good size at 6’. The Beta engine, with hospital silencer, sits under in a very clean engine room and drives the Axiom propeller. This has only 437 hours on the clock.
Steps lead down into the saloon. This has two opposing bench seats with storage under, and a collapsible dining table makes this into a comfy dining area, neatly folding away once finished with. On the starboard side there is a solid fuel stove, and on the portside a cupboard houses the electrics. There is a radiator under the steps, and a 22” wall mounted TV/DVD.
The well equipped galley is next. There is a huge amount of storage (5 large cupboards/two drawers) and utilities comprise of a microwave oven, grill, gas oven and 3 burner gas hob. A stainless steel sink is opposite.
The bathroom is a walk through arrangement. The loo is an electric flush Thetford cassette, and the basin is ceramic. The shower cubicle is a tiled quadrant. There is also a heated towel rail in here. The floor both in here and the galley is tiled (and solid oak in the rest of the boat)
The bedroom is in the forward cabin. The bed is a 6’2”x4’ crossbed (storage under) and there is a good sized wardrobe each side of the bed. A wall mounted TV is at the foot of the bed.
Steps lead out through glazed front doors onto the well deck. The cratch cover is in very good condition, and the cratch boards remove if desired. The stainless steel water tank sits under.
She was last blacked & had a HULL SURVEY in Sep 2020. This is available in the office for viewing.
Central heating is from the diesel fired Webasto, 230v is from the 2kw Strling inverter and all the lights are LED. She has a landline hook up point and a Galvanic Isolator.
12v is from the bank of batteries which were new in 2018, and hot water is sourced by the Webasto or the engine.
Hannah really is a lovely boat, ready for immediate occupation by the lucky new owners.
