Festina Lente is a beautifully presented 57’ reverse layout semi trad built in 2015 by the highly regarded Johnathan Wilson. She is in good condition both inside and out.
She was grit blasted and blacked with 2 pack epoxy in September 2021. The semi trad cockpit has storage lockers either side with super comfy cushions for the seats. The engine, a Canaline 38 sits under and was serviced in July this year. Navigation is assisted by the Vetus bowthruster.
Steps lead into the galley. She is fitted out in oak faced ply and the floor is solid walnut. The galley is 10’ long, has lots of storage and the utilities comprise of an eye level oven & grill, a separate 4 burner gas hob, a 230v larder fridge and a microwave. The sink is stainless steel.
Forward of the galley is the L shaped dinette area. This has a side hatch over and storage underneath. It also turns into a spare double berth.
The sitting room is super cosy and has an Aga solid fuel stove (with storage next to it for logs), a large sofabed and a wall mounted 23” TV / DVD.
The bathroom is a walk through arrangement with a large quadrant shower, a ceramic sink and a Theford cassette loo (with three cassettes). There is also a heated towel rail in here.
The bedroom is in the forward cabin. The fixed double is 6’4”x5’ and has storage underneath. There are cupboads and reading lights over the head end, and at the other end are two good sized wardrobes (one single & one double).
Steps lead up to the well deck. The plastic water tank is under, and three gas bottles in the forward locker.
She is centrally heated by an Eberspacher diesel boiler and the hot water is heated by the Eberspacher, the engine or the immersion heater.
230v is supplied from either landline or the 3kw Vetus inverter, and 12v is from the bank of 4 domestic batteries. All the lights are LED and she has a galvanic isolator fitted.
She is a lovely boat, ready for immediate occupation.
