Anbeclyn is a charming 58’ cruiser stern narrowboat built by Liverpool Boats in 2002 as a sailaway and fitted out by her original owner. She has been in the hands of her current owners since 2007 and has been well loved and cherished.
She is full of character. The well deck, with storage lockers / seats either side, leads into the saloon. This has a couple of super comfy captains style armchairs (plus footstool), a Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove (with back boiler for the central heating), a few storage cupboards and a TV, DVD player and DAB radio.
Next is the dinette area. This is an L shaped couch (storage under) with a dining table which, with a couple of stools, could seat six. It also turns into a spare double berth.
The galley is a good size with acres of storage. Utilities comprise of a 4 burner gas hob, oven & grill, a microwave oven, a double sink, a washing machine and plenty of work surface.
A corridor on the starboard side leads aft. There are some useful cupboards below the gunwales, and a door leads into the bathroom. This has a Thetford cassette loo (with two spare cassettes), a tiled and curtained shower cubicle, a washbasin & storage cupboards. There is an extractor fan in the ceiling.
The bedroom is at the back. This is 11’ long and has a fixed double berth (storage under), two floor to ceiling cupboards / wardrobes, and cupboards over the bed.
Steps lead up to the large rear deck. The engine, an Izusu 38 is under and it will be serviced as part of the sale. 12v comes from the bank of 4x105ah domestic batteries (new June 2021) and 230v is from either the landline or the 1500w Mastervolt inverter.
The water tank is integral 680 litres, and the hot water is heated by either the engine or the immersion heater when on landline. She also has a galvanic isolator.
She was last blacked in November 2021.
