Boat type: Cruiser
Samantha is a 57ft cruiser stern narrow boat built by East West Marine and launched in 2007. The current owner has had the boat since 2012. Samantha has an open well deck, which has bench seating either side of the open forward well deck.
From here the saloon is entered through glazed hardwood double doors where there is a multi fuel stove and a freestanding ‘L’ shaped sofa. The open plan ‘U’ shaped galley follows and is equipped with a 4-ring gas hob, oven and grill and a 12v fridge. The countertop facing the saloon also doubles as a breakfast bar. The shower room is located off a starboard side corridor, and is a wet room with the shower tray set into the floor. The shower room also has an electric flush cassette toilet and a countertop basin, which sits on a corner cupboard unit. The bedroom is located in the aft cabin and has a fixed double bed. There is a full height wardrobe built in.
The cruiser stern deck is up steps from the bedroom. This sociable outside space is surrounded by taff rails for safety. Beneath the lifting deck floor hatches a Barrus Shire 35hp diesel engine provides the propulsion.
