Running Water – 2016 Collingwood 60′ x 9′ wide beam
Running Water is a Collingwood Pioneer widebeam which appears far larger internally than it is due to the light and airy fit out. The completion last year after launch in 2016 is with light painted panels and gloriously rich woodwork in the galley, saloon and cupboards throughout.
She is a reverse lay out with the galley entered down steps from the cruiser stern. As you might expect on a boat of this size, there is a lot of cupboard space in the galley. Lovely walnut and T&G units encompass an eye level oven and hob, along with a 12V fridge.
The galley is open plan to the large saloon area, and there is a table top designed as a breakfast bar. The washing machine is housed under. The saloon currently has a sofa, but it could readily accommodate more freestanding furniture. A Refleks diesel stove with back boiler takes pride of place in the centre wall and feeds the central heating throughout. The 12V LED TV finishes the room off
A corridor leads off the saloon with the luxuriously large bathroom off to one side – having a 3’ x 2’10” quadrant shower and then it opens out into the bedroom. In here there is a large double bed with lots of storage under, two built in wardrobes and further double wardrobe.
On the propulsion side there is a 52hp Canaline engine and to aid handling, a powerful Vetus bowthruster. Running Water has been priced to sell quickly and would make a lovely home for a couple or with a few tweaks – a small family.
