Boat type: Cruiser
Patty Ann is a reverse layout cruiser stern narrowboat that is just two years old, and was launched in August 2014. At 58ft she is of a “go anywhere” size and would make an excellent longer term cruising boat or a live aboard.
Fitted out by Stuart Cole of Delph Marine, who built a number of boats over the years, it is in good condition and is only being sold because of the owner’s change of circumstances. The interior is lined out in light oak which lends a light and spacious feel to the interior. Starting at the stern end, there is a spacious and sociable outside cruiser stern area, with steps leading down into the saloon, where there is a multi fuel stove installed, and a double sofa bed. The galley is open plan to the saloon and has gas cooking, a fridge/freezer and a domestic size washing machine installed.
A full width walk through bathroom follows, with a cassette wc, a modern quadrant shower cubicle and a hand basin. Then there is the bedroom in the forward cabin which has a fixed double berth with deep drawers for storage underneath, and good sized wardrobe built in. Steps, also with built in storage, lead up through double hardwood doors to the well deck which is protected by a vinyl cratch cover.
Propulsion is delivered by a Barrus Shire Yanmar 38hp 4 cylinder unit. There is also an 1800 watt inverter included.
