JEMIMA MAY – 2005 Liverpool Boats – Traditional 57ft narrowboat. She is a lovely boat, and has had only two previous owners. The engine is barely run in with just 335 hours on the clock, and she has a warm, cosy feel to her.
Built and fitted out in 2005 by Liverpool Boats, this traditional stern 57’ narrowboat is lined throughout in oak faced ply, giving her some real character. She is perfect for holidays, living aboard or long term cruising.
From the well deck you enter into the 16ft 2″ saloon. This is a spacious area and contains a solid fuel stove, a leather swivel armchair, an L shaped dinette (which converts into a berth) with a demountable table, TV / Freeview & stereo system and ample shelving and cupboard space.
The galley is neatly arranged with a side hatch for ventilation and light, together with fridge, 4 burner gas hob, drop in cooker with grill, microwave and ample cupboard space.
The corridor on the starboard side leads to the bathroom. This is really nicely fitted out with a large quadrant tiled shower, a heated towel rail, a good sized basin and vanity unit, and a pumpout Vetus loo (with tank gauge).
The bedroom follows. There is a wall mounted TV in here together with two full sized wardrobes and drawer storage under the bed. Reading lights are under the overhead cupboards at the pillow end of the bed which is 6ft 2” x 4’.
Propulsion is from the popular Isuzu 42hp engine, accessed from the rear cabin, and on board 230v power is from the 1800w inverter or landline hook up.
JEMIMA MAY – 2005 Liverpool Boats – Traditional 57ft narrowboat is a most delightful boat and ready to go!
