Diesel Daisie 45ft semi trad is a simply charming boat which has been really well looked after, and the quality of her demonstrates that.
She was built in 2008 by the Liverpool Boat Co as a sailaway and nicely fitted out by her original owners. She is in superb condition both inside and out, and has made a very comfortable home for her current owner for the last few years.
She is a 45’ reverse style semi trad, so from the stern one enters the galley. This houses a 4 burner gas hob, oven & grill, a microwave, the Alde gas central heating boiler and ample storage space.
The nearly 10’ saloon follows with a sofabed, two matching stools / footstools / storage boxes, a fold down table under the side hatch on the starboard side and a nearly new solid fuel multifuel stove. The TV is on the port side near the stove.
The stylish walk through bathroom follows with a quadrant shower, ceramic sink over cupboard and the Thetford cassette loo. There is a heated towel rail in here.
The fixed cross double bed is in the forward cabin. It is very easily extended by way of a very clever rope mechanism (see video on the website www.rugbyboats.co.uk) and is 4’ 6” wide. There is lots of storage under the bed in here as well as a wardrobe and shelves over the bed.
The bedroom opens up through glazed double doors onto the well deck.
On board heating is provided by the Alde gas central heating system, she is propelled by the very popular Isuzu 35 engine, on board 230v is supplied either via landline hookup or the 1800w inverter, and there are 4x100w solar panels on the roof for battery charging.
A hull survey from 2015 is available for inspection.
A beautiful, cosy and comfortable boat with very well thought out use of space. Diesel Daisie 45ft semi trad is ready to go and perfect for immediate use for either living aboard or extended cruising / holidays.
